This makes it better protected and insulated from the weather than a conventional wooden shed. The floor and apex roof are both built from 19mm tongue and groove, the former including treated foundation joists to prevent any risk of damage caused by ground moisture. Wide double doors offer easy access to one section of the garden building, while a single door provides separate entry to the other. Both doors are located on the wider side of the structure and include hasp and staple padlock fixings (padlocks not included), so a padlock can be added to provide security. For added security, this garden storage shed is designed without windows. When it comes to assembly, the chalet-cut timber simply slots together. With clear instructions and a comprehensive fixing kit, this makes everything simple. All parts are covered by a 5-year guarantee. *This garden workshop is supplied untreated. We advise treating it with a quality wood preservative within 6 weeks of assembly, and annually thereafter, in order to prevent rot and maintain the wood’s attractive appearance.
